Fabric span Pergolas and Carports use a Triax Structure as the support frame for the fabric top to be tensioned over. These structures provide a simple lightweight means of supporting the canopy where the frame takes all the horizontal load involved and thus any support structure (i.e.: posts or buildings) are taking mainly vertical loads. These Structures can be used to cover just about any area with either a mesh or waterproof canopy. They are set to revolutionise the standard pergola or carport, the frame can be powder-coated so that there is no painting involved. |
